We recognize the importance of clearly separating certification activities from consultancy, training, advisory, and other non-certification services to prevent actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest.

ONECPSI Group comprises separate entities with distinct legal, operational, and management structures, each with defined roles, responsibilities, authorities, and decision-making processes:

CPSI Certifications (Canada) Inc. operates as a management system certification body and provides certification-related services in accordance with applicable certification body requirements.

CPSI Certifications (Philippines) Inc. operates as a management system certification body and provides certification-related services in accordance with applicable certification body requirements.

Corporate Prime Solutions Inc. operates as a management consulting firm and provides non-certification services, including consulting, training, advisory services, and other professional services.

To safeguard impartiality:

CPSI Certifications (Canada) Inc. and CPSI Certifications (Philippines) Inc. maintain management, operational, and decision-making structures that are separate from Corporate Prime Solutions Inc.

Certification activities, audit conclusions, and decisions relating to the granting, maintaining, suspending, or withdrawing of certification are made independently and are not influenced by consultancy, training, advisory, commercial, or other non-certification services.

ONECPSI identifies, evaluates, manages, and reviews risks to impartiality on an ongoing basis. CPSI Certifications (Canada) Inc. and CPSI Certifications (Philippines) Inc. do not provide certification services where a consultancy relationship, conflict of interest, shared management influence, or other threat to impartiality cannot be effectively eliminated or controlled.

Any concern regarding impartiality, objectivity, independence, management separation, or conflict of interest may be reported to our Trust Center for appropriate review.
